Shop Floor Report is made up of the Defect Codes, Serial Number, Work in Progress, Current Yield/Defects, Historical Yield/Defects, and Audit reports.

The CMMS Report tool provides administrators an overview of asset performance to be used for data analytics. Users may search for specific reports by employing filtering parameters available in each submodule. Reports can also be exported to a spreadsheet for convenient sharing.

 

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0029-C_CMMS_Dashboard|0029-C CMMS Dashboard CMMS Dashboard provides a dynamic visual overview of the production floor. Managers can view machine status, and repair and preventive maintenance work order details in real time according to production line and asset. Typically, Dashboard is viewed on a large screen situated directly on the shop floor. CMMS Dashboard conveys information in a visually-pleasing, simple format. Assets are color coded according to their status. Dashboard screens are accessible via URL, thus eliminating extra steps navigating the CMMS portal. Work Orders may also be created and/or modified from the CMMS Dashboard submodule when accessed via a personal laptop or mobile device.

 

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0126-C_OEE_Downtime_Root_Cause_Analysis_Report|0126-C OEE Downtime Root Cause Analysis Report The Root Cause Analysis Report gathers all root cause parametrics and compiles those statistics into a Pie or Pareto Chart format. Features within this submodule are similar to those in the OEE Downtime Problem Analysis Report and OEE Downtime Trend Analysis Report submodules.

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0129-C_OEE_Report|0129-C OEE Report The OEE Report submodule allows users to view OEE parametrics in greater detail, according to Production Line and Machine. Available data includes: Non-Scheduled Time, Production Time, Scheduled Downtime, and Unscheduled Downtime.

 

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0130-C_OEE_Dashboard|0130-C OEE Dashboard The Dashboard displays statistical information on machine downtime according to the following reports: OEE, TEEP, and OEE & TEEP. Charts display on a rotating basis according to preselected intervals, and are typically viewed on a large monitor located directly on the Shop Floor of the manufacturing plant.

 

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0131-C_OEE_Machine_Event_History_Report|0131-C OEE Machine Event History Report The Machine Event History tool allows plants to understand machine behavior over time. By studying the data available in Machine Event History, managers can diagnose persistent problems or trends. Administrators can then adjust production to improve OEE metrics and optimize plant efficiency.
