SOP-5-I-MES0054-C RA1 Shop Floor Report The Shop Floor Report module described here collects the shop floor reports that are provided in 42Q but do not otherwise fall under the PTS Reporting Part Traceability and Report Generator. Shop Floor Report is made up of the Defect Codes, Serial Number, Work in Progress, Current Yield/Defects, Historical Yield/Defects, and Audit reports.

42Q-SOP-5-I-MDS0029-C CMMS Dashboard The CMMS dashboard is a consolidated reporting feature that allows plant operators to view the status of production machines in the different production lines within the plant in real time. Dashboard allows the user to monitor the production floor, see the physical manufacturing line, and view each machine within the manufacturing line. Dashboard allows for ease of operation and visualization. Assets are illustrated with color-coded rectangles that signifies the asset's status. Users can conveniently access work orders by selecting the status rectangles, thus eliminating extra steps required for system login.
