Operation Dashboard

SOP-42Q-MES0107 Operation Dashboard The Operations Dashboard provides statistical charts to easily track Yield, Throughput, and Cycle Time on the production floor. Users can create, configure and save different kinds of widgets of three different categories: Global, Product Family, and Top.

 

MESWeb Reports

SOP-42Q-MES0055 MESWeb Reports MESWeb Reports described here have been designed to be easy to use. The process of executing a MESWeb report involves following only a few simple steps that are described in this user guide.

 

Part Traceability

SOP-42Q-MES0051 Reporting Part Traceability The Reporting Part Traceability module described here covers Traceability modules that allow users to perform inquiries or report functions. It also contains material reports, board reports, and load material reports.

 

MES-Fuji Reports

SOP-42Q-MES0148 MES-Fuji Reports The MES-Fuji Report module displays scanned board information, production line errors report, and transaction logs report.

 

CMMS Reports

SOP-42Q-MES0036 CMMS Reports The CMMS Report module displays all current asset activity pertaining to a given manufacturing plant. The CMMS Report tool provides administrators an overview of asset performance to be used for data analytics. Users may search for specific reports by employing filtering parameters available in each submodule. Reports can also be exported to a spreadsheet for convenient sharing.

 

CMMS Dashboards

SOP-42Q-MES0029 CMMS Dashboard CMMS Dashboard provides a dynamic visual overview of the production floor. Managers can view machine status, and repair and preventive maintenance work order details in real-time according to production line and asset. Typically, Dashboard is viewed on a large screen situated directly on the shop floor. CMMS Dashboard conveys information in a visually-pleasing, simple format. Assets are color-coded according to their status. Dashboard screens are accessible via URL, thus eliminating extra steps navigating the CMMS portal. Work Orders may also be created and/or modified from the CMMS Dashboard submodule when accessed via a personal laptop or mobile device.

 

Shop Floor Reports

SOP-42Q-MES0054 Shop Floor Report The Shop Floor Report module described here collects the shop floor reports that are provided in 42Q but do not otherwise fall under the PTS Reporting Part Traceability and Report Generator. Shop Floor Report is made up of the Defect Codes, Serial Number, Work in Progress, Current Yield/Defects, Historical Yield/Defects, and Audit reports.
