Production Setup

SOP-5-I-MES0024-C RA1 PTS Production Setup

The Production Setup module described here contains information for every detail of the production setup. Included in this module are setup procedures for multiple scenarios, production line handling, workstation handling, and picklist definitions.

Serialized Item Tracker

SOP-5-I-MES0025-C RA1 Serialized Item Tracker

The SIT module described here is designed to import/create a large number of components in a series (Serial Numbers) that will be used later in the manufacturing process.

Shop Order Control

SOP-5-I-MES0026-C RA1 Shop Order Control

The Shop Order Control module provides various resources for the creation and maintenance of work orders.

Multi-Level Browser/Pack

SOP-5-I-MES0027-C RA1 Multi-Level Browser/Pack

The Multilevel Browser/Pack module described here is used for registering and storing serial numbers placed in a container, box,  or package that will be sent to customers once production is complete.

PTS Incoming Material Labeling

SOP-5-I-MES0028-C RA1 PTS Incoming Material Labeling

This module is the foundation of traceability. Prior to production, the warehouse staff must ensure that all the materials received have correct RT (Receipt Traveler) numbers.

Each time the warehouse receives materials, there will be RT records downloaded from an Oracle Application to the PTS database server. Then the corresponding RT sheet numbers can be found and printed for the received materials.

Incoming material labeling is defined in this section. The material barcode, once scanned, makes it possible to trace components in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing System). This is possible because the material barcode uniquely identifies the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and its components. Through this process, the manufacturer name/vendor code, manufacturer part number, and lot code of each component can be traced.

This module also allows the user to manage AMLs (Approved Manufacturer List) and manufacturer’s information.

Solder Paste Material Control

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0153-C Solder Paste Material Control

Solder Paste is an application able to help plants to control the storage and use of Solder Paste materials to avoid human errors and lapses. The project has the standard process and creates error-proofing of Solder Paste control, to ensure plants comply with the varying Solder Paste part number’s storage life and use life limits, and ensuring a constant environment, to stop out-of-specs solder paste from being used in production.

Kit Verify

SOP-5-I-MES0078-C RA1 Kit Verify

The Kit Verify module covers KV Layout Configuration and KV Control. Kit Verify allows users to validate all components in a kit and provides a visual layout mapping to aid in component placement.

Line Sequencing

SOP-5-I-MES0082-Line Sequencing

The Line Sequencing (LS) System was designed and developed to plan efficiently each production line for the production plants of 42Q. LS can trace a production time estimative in all the factories lines, considering some variables, e.g.: schedule, the capacity of each line to produce certain products, configuration time of a line before the start of each production. If a new request is solicited by a client, it can have the delivery time estimated by the system in a short time.

Shop Order Scheduling

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0140-C Shop Order Scheduling

Shop Order Scheduling provides the ability to define/update the Shop Order sequence. Shop Order scheduling portlet was developed for better attend our customers and the Sales area. The user is able to prioritize shop orders (work orders) and drive manufacturing to produce based upon a defined priority list of shop orders.

PTS AML Control

42Q-MES0141-C RA1 PTS AML Control

This module is the foundation of traceability. Check AMLlabeling is defined in this section. The material barcode, once scanned, makes it possible to trace components in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing System). This is possible because the material barcode uniquely identifies the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and its components. Through this process, the manufacturer name, manufacturer part number, and lot code of each component can be traced.

This module also allows the user to manage AMLs (Approved Manufacturer List) and the manufacturer’s information.

Reprocessing Defect

42Q-MES0149-C Reprocessing Defect

The Reprocessing Defect is a 42Q portlet, which provides the users with the ability to diagnose and capture the failure analysis, reducing the repair time and mitigating human error in manual tracking, while systematically capturing and tracking across multiple systems, such as NCMR (Non-Conformance Material Request) and MESWeb without duplicate data entry.

Production Scheduling

42Q-MES0154-C Production Scheduling

Production Scheduling is a 42Q portlet, which provides the users with the ability to schedule when shop orders are expected to run in the Manufacturing  Lines.
