The OEE Data Collection module allows users to report work times and machine downtimes. Shop Floor Operators manually add machine downtimes due to stoppages that are not caused by machine malfunctions (such as parts in transit or lunch breaks), work times (labor), and quantity of good/bad parts produced at the completion of their shifts. Engineers use the module to input root causes for the stoppage based on the reason(s) provided by the shop floor operator, and machinery inspection results. There are two data applications available in the OEE system: Report Machine Down, and Report Work. For a comprehensive overview of OEE features, see: [[Reporting|OEE Reports]].

Label Engine is a web application that gives plants the ability to create, update, print and share labels without the need of IT resources. It enables plants to easily define and access various different data sources like MES, MESR, along with a variety of other database types. It allows users to map label fields to these data sources in order to create dynamic labels. It also enables plants to extract statistical information about the labels that are managed in Label Engine, as well as monitor the audit information.

Production Workbench

42Q-MES0145-C Production Workbench

Production Workbench is a responsive cross-platform tool implemented on the shop floor to provide individual need-based options to capture data in multiple ways with enhanced work instructions and/or deviations; it also allows to view/add/ remove attributes and map them to documents, multiple documents and even single chapters visualization from one interface at the same station, while maintaining tracked and non-tracked assembly components, and options to record/repair defects; all the previous accomplished through a Based on SFDC Conduit connection.

Data Collector

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0042-C RA1 Data Collector

The Data Collector module described here is a tool implemented on the shop floor that displays uploaded work instruction documents, deviations, CAD views of devices, and recorded and repaired defect codes, all based on unit serial scanning.

Batch Process

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0040-C RA1 Batch Process

The batch Process described here is a module in 42Q that provides a web page interface for performing Batch Processing operations. The functions that are available in the portlet are Create Batch, Split Batch, Merge Batch, Remove Unit, Add Component, and Add Sub-Attribute.

Production Documentation

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0043-C RA1 Production Documentation

The Production Documentation module described here is where the user can search and list work instruction documents without having to perform SFDC scanning.

100% Traceability

Integration Scanning

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0147-C RA1 Integration Scanning

Integration scanning allows the user to scan a panel within the Fuji Integration UI. With this function, users can scan a panel or batch boards on hand-load workstations. Before scanning, an employee number and scan location must be entered. The system will then validate the information with PTS and SFDC. Once the scan panel is validated, the data will be written into SFDC and PTS.

OEE Production: Data Collection

42Q-MES0138-C OEE Data Collection

The OEE Data Collection module allows users to report work times and machine downtimes. Shop Floor Operators manually add machine downtimes due to stoppages that are not caused by machine malfunctions (such as parts in transit or lunch breaks), work times (labor), and quantity of good/bad parts produced at the completion of their shifts. Engineers use the module to input root causes for the stoppage based on the reason(s) provided by the shop floor operator, and machinery inspection results. There are two data applications available in the OEE system: Report Machine Down, and Report Work. For a comprehensive overview of OEE features, go to: OEE Reports.

Label Engine Labels

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0083-C Label Engine Labels

Label Engine is a web application that gives plants the ability to create, update, print, and share labels without the need for IT resources. It enables plants to easily define and access various different data sources like MES, MESR, along with a variety of other database types. It allows users to map label fields to these data sources in order to create dynamic labels. It also enables plants to extract statistical information about the labels that are managed in Label Engine, as well as monitor the audit information.
