SOP-5-I-MES0069-C RA1 Statistical Process Control

The Statistical Process Control module described here enables users to continuously monitor, analyze, and control the production process in real time to reduce possible waste and improve the process capability. Key tools used in SPC include control charts, monitor maintenance, email notifications, system configuration, line stoppage, etc.

SOP-5-I-MES0070-C RA1 Statistical Process Control TV

The SPC TV module described here is a component of the SPC system. SPC TV enables the user to view SPC control charts, in any combination, in one page. Through a simple configuration the users can see the latest status of any line or location in real time.

SOP-5-I-MES0071-C RA1 Employee Validation Maintenance

The Employee Validation Maintenance module described here is responsible for creating the training that the operator should complete in order to work in certain manufacturing processes. All operator controls (registration and maintenance of information) and the required training and certificates for the operators to work in the shop floor (especially in medical locations) will be administered by this feature.

42Q-MESXXXX-C_Rapid IIoT Work Instruction

This work instruction provides complete instruction on how to configure a Sensor Capture parser in Meas Config. to collect data from sensors, and how to send that information to other systems, like SPC or CMMS.
