Conduit is the the next generation of data collection for 42Q. This service acts as a gateway for core SFDC business functionality flowing into individual plant’s various unit repositories, providing a long-term, single-service replacement for SFDC. Conduit is capable of handling requests for dozens of SFDC PCs and thousands of Client devices across SFDC instances.

Production Scanning

Production Scanning is a user interface that collects and sends user, component, and other production data to MES. Production Scanning also utilizes AVP to create steps in documents for more efficient and effective work instruction display.

Production Workspace

The primary purpose of Production Workspace is to manage serial numbers. Users can add attributes, components, comments, record defects, trace unit activity, create and manage batch serials, assign part numbers, etc., to name just a few of the critical tasks accomplished with Production Workspace and Conduit clients.
