Board in Production

The Board in Production page can be used to display reports of boards in production. To view the report, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Board in Production page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Board in Production).
2. Enter either the production name in the Production Line field or the serial number in the Serial Number field.
3. Select the Start Date and the duration of time for the report.
4. Click the search icon.
5. Board in Production report information should now displayed.

Board in Model

The Board in Model page can be used to display reports of boards in modeling. To view the report, follow the instruction below:

1. Navigate to the Board in Model page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Board in Model).
2. Enter either the production name in the Production Line field or the serial number in the Serial Number field.
3. Select the Start Date and the duration of time for the report.
4. Click the search icon.
5. Board in Model report information should now be displayed.

Board in Work Order

The Board in Work Order page can be used to display reports of boards in work order status. To view the report, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Board in Model page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Board in Model).
2. Enter either the production name in the Production Line field or the serial number in the Serial Number field.
3. Select the Start Date and the duration of time for the report.
4. Click the search icon.
5. Board in Work Order report information should now be displayed.

Board History Report

The Board History Report page can be used to display reports that show the Production Line, Workstation, Scan Time, and Scanned By information for a given board. To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Board History Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Board History Report).
2. Enter the serial number in the Input Board Barcode field.
3. The Board History Report information should now be displayed.

 

Material Report (PTS)

The Material Report page can be used to display reports that show Create Date, Barcode, Rec. No., SANM P/N, MSL, Cur. Qty, Lot Code, Date Code, Expire Date, When Used, Manufacturer PN, Vender Code, and Supplier Name information. To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Material Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Material Report).
2. Set Search By option using the dropdown menu.
3. Depending on the Search By option selected, enter Start Date and Stop Date into their respective fields. Otherwise enter the number designator (e.g., material barcode)
   
4. Enter Lot Code or Date Code.
5. Click the search icon.
6. The Material Report information should now be displayed.

Receipt Traveler Report

The Receipt Traveler Report page can be used to display reports that show Rec Date, Rec. No, SANM P/N, Rec. Qty., Manufacturer Name, Manufacturer P/N, COO, Supplier Name.

To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Receipt Traveler Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Receipt Traveler Report).
2. Set Search By option using the dropdown menu.
3. Depending on the Search By option selected, enter Start Date and Stop Date into their respective fields. Otherwise enter the number designator (i.e., Receipting Number).
4. Click the search icon.
5. The Receipt Traveler Report should now be displayed.

Material on Hold

The Material on Hold page can be used to display reports that show the Create Date, Barcode, Rec. No., SANM P/N, Cur. Qty., Ttl. Qty., Lot Code, Date Code, MPN, Expire Date, Supplier Name, and Status information of material on hold. To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Material on Hold page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Material on Hold).
2. Set Search By option using the drop down menu.
3. Depending on the Search By option selected, enter the Material Barcode, Receipting Number, Part Number, or MPN into the corresponsing field.
4. Enter the Lot Code or Date Code into the respective fields.
5. Click the search icon.
6. The Material on Hold Report should now be displayed.

Break Panel Query

The Break Panel Query page can be used to display reports that show Panel Barcode, Board Barcode, Work Order, Break Time, and Break User.

Load Material Report

The Load Material Report page can be used to display reports that show the Station, Feeder Type, Feeder Name, Load Time, SANM P/N, Init. Qty., Rem. Qty., Rem. Brd., and MSD Remain Time information. To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Load Material Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Load Material Report).
2. Enter the production name in the Production Available field, and the workstation name under the Workstation Available field.
3. The Load Material Report should now be displayed. 

Replace Barcode Report

The Replace Barcode Report page can be used to view reports that display the Replace Time, Original Barcode, New Barcode, Workstation, Production Line, and Replace By information for a given barcode. To access this report,

1. Navigate to the Replace Barcode Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Replace Barcode Report).
2. Select Search By option by choosing to search by original barcode or new barcode number. 
3. Enter Start Date and Stop Date.
4. Select search icon.
5. The Replace Barcode Report should now be displayed. 

Prepare Material Report

The Prepare Material Report page can be used to view reports that display the Station, Feeder Type, Feeder Name, Prepare Time, SANM P/N, Rem. Qty., and MSD Floor Life information for given material. To view the report,

1. Navigate to the Prepare Material Report page (Reporting > Part Traceability > Prepare Material Report).
2. Enter the production name in the Production Available field, and the workstation name in the Workstation Available field.
3. The Prepare Material Report should now be displayed.
