MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device)

SOP-5-I-42Q-MES0047-C MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device)  

The control of MSD (Moisture-Sensitive Devices) prior to SMT (Surface Mount Tech) reflow is a critical assembly issue that has a direct impact on final product reliability and customer satisfaction, as well as manufacturing costs. This function monitors all MSD components’ floor life statuses. The production operator is alerted if the MSD component’s floor life is expired.
