This module contains information on load/ prepare materials, special workstation, load SMT tools, scan board, and rework handling. |

This module contains EZpicklist, Show BOM, Feeder Registry, and Jig Registry. EZ-Picklist is a web-based interface to collect and manipulate SMT placement programs into PTS for material verification against the BOM (Bill of Materials). Show BOM allows user to view BOM, disable BOM or enable BOM. Feeder Registry is a feeding tool for material reels. It becomes a bridge between the material component and SMT machine. Each component must be loaded to one SMT machine at one particular station. This is only one of the essential elements for traceability. In order to distinguish each feeder, a unique printed barcode on each feeder is required and maintained in PTSWEB. |
